Jasminka Rojko is a consultant for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and corporate finance and the owner of ROJKO & CO. With her long-standing banking experience, along with her associates, she aims to assist in creating a sustainable future and adding value for both companies and the wider community.
About me
She gained her extensive experience in commercial banking, 22 years of which were at RBA, where in recent years she worked as an Executive Director for large, multinational, and medium-sized companies and project financing. She was responsible for devising the business strategy of the sector and led a team of 90 employees, 9 managers, and collaborated with over 2,500 clients throughout Croatia and the region.
As a member of the Credit Committee, ALCO Committee, and other key bank bodies, she closely collaborated with the risk department and was part of the bank’s top management team reporting directly to the Board. She maintained relationships with the bank’s key clients and participated in structuring the most complex credit arrangements at the national and EU level for medium and large companies.
As an ESG ambassador, she introduced sustainable financing models, including green loans and green bond issuances, to domestic companies. Within the RBI group, she was involved in leading numerous projects at the local and regional level, including the ESG – Sustainability educational program for all corporate bank employees in the region, and defining a new service model for cross-border clients doing business with the Raiffeisen group in multiple countries.
Before starting her own company, she was a board member of the Letina group, where she assisted in structuring a significant investment leap, adjusting the construction of a new business production building to the strict EU Taxonomy standards, securing a 75% interest rate subsidy from the NPOO, initiating the introduction of controlling, and significantly contributing to the group’s digitization, including implementing “Industry 4.0” in production and other processes.
She holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, an Executive MBA from Cotruglli Business School, and various other educational programs. Notably, she completed the ICA IASE (International Association for Sustainable Economy) ESG Level 1 ISF (International Sustainable Finance) and Level 2 ICB (International Sustainable Business), as well as the Controlling Academy Certificate from Munich in 2022 (at Controlling Kognosko in Zagreb).
In her work, she is recognized as a high-energy individual, with organizational and strategic capabilities and a strong focus on results. Her rich experience and strong network of contacts, combined with a strategic approach, enable her to build quality relationships for her clients and optimize the resources they need to achieve their goals.
